Bmw 320i 330i 330ix Decat Downpipe B48 200 Cell Hi-flow Sports Cat 2016-2017

MTC Motorsport BMW 320i, 330ix and 330ix Stainless Steel. Downpipe with Hi-Flow 200 Cell Sports Cat. For B48 engine only 163bhp, 184bhp and 252bhp models.

Please note, this will NOT fit the 2018+ models with the PPF filter unless it has been coded out and can be removed. The connection at the bottom is sleeved, please check this before ordering as the 2018 models are different. The 320i downpipe is machined from SS304 aircraft-grade stainless steel and are tig welded in house.

The top section is made from one piece with no welds unlike other cheap alternatives. The B48 downpipe is made of 3.5 stainless pipe straight out of the turbo providing a sharper throttle response due to faster spool of the turbo. Noticeable power gains of 12-15bhp and a much more aggressive exhaust note which sounds truly amazing. Produces lower temperatures and less exhaust backpressure due to the relief of the turbocharger. Also, the cylinder charge is increased.

There is also a substantial weight saving in comparison to the factory catalytic converter. Mandrel-bent for better gas flow and maximum internal size to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. This downpipe will fit the following models with a B48 engine. BMW 230i and 230ix F22 and F23 2016 onwards. BMW 320i, 330i, 330ix and 330e F30 F31 F34 2016 onwards.

BMW 430i and 430ix F32 F33 F36 2016 onwards. All B48 2.0l petrol turbo engines. Professional installation is recommended as some exhausts sit slightly different from others and can be tight although the feedback we have received from this product is that it is very easy to fit. We also recommend purchasing a Lambda Sensor Spacer(s) to prevent the engine light coming on in most cases. If you search our other items you will find these.

These should pass an MOT emissions test when fitted. They are road legal and Euro 5 rated.
